What is a Sound Awakening Training?
This training program is inspired by the archetypal model of “The Hero’s Journey” by Joseph Campbell. In recent years, Hatisuara has developed a method based on the study of expanded states of consciousness, facilitated through the use of sound, in combination with dynamic movement meditation.
Structured into two residential modules, each lasting three days, the training offers a theoretical and practical perspective on how to use sound and music to facilitate processes of inner transformation and to learn how to guide both individuals and groups through a journey of personal growth.
This approach is suitable for those who wish to explore their own creative and spiritual potential, as well as for professionals (psychotherapists, holistic practitioners, teachers) interested in integrating sound healing techniques into their therapeutic or educational practices.

In the Indonesian language, “HATISUARA” literally means “the sound of the heart.” HATI is the heart, considered the core of the soul and healing, while SUARA means sound, referring to melody and vibration.
HATISUARA is an Italian sound healing duo, based in Bali, formed by Mariacristina Busso and Luca Saini. Both are passionate travelers: Luca is a filmmaker and visual artist, while Mariacristina is an artist, restorer, and artistic decorator.
For about ten years, they have shared a passion for researching and studying sound in artistic, therapeutic, and ritual contexts, drawing inspiration from both native traditions and traditional cultures, as well as the latest discoveries on consciousness states and neuroscience.
In recent years, they have been offering individual and group Sound Healing sessions, Cacao Ceremonies, Ecstatic Dance (Silent Disco), forest therapy, and contemporary art workshops (drawing and photographic/video self-portrait), presenting them in dedicated retreats and workshops.
