How can we enter the new year through play?

By starting 2025 with the desire to regain some innocence, freedom, and the sense of wonder that young children have?

Play is an incredibly important tool. It allows us to be in a state of absolute presence, to step outside of mental and cultural patterns, to navigate spaces of freedom, explore, and activate curiosity.
Finding new movements and stepping out of our routines is a great gift for our brains.
Connecting with others and changing the perspective of our relationships is an opportunity to observe what happens and what moves within us.

We will perform a secular ritual of transition between the old and the new, between the past and the “present future.”
We will have time to thank, transform, and integrate what has been with what remains.
